DELIVERY DETAILS
Free delivery is available in Singapore for orders above $50. For orders below $40, a delivery charge of $2.95 is applicable ($5 surcharge to non-residential areas). Customers are liable for $5 cost incurred in making additional re-deliveries.
Our delivery times are as follows:
- Monday to Friday
- 6.00pm to 10.00pm (requests for specific timings will incur $3 surcharge and are subject to availability of delivery persons)
- Strictly no cancellation of orders after 4.30pm.
Note: Nour Health requires your contact number for delivery purposes.
Our Customer Service Officers need to confirm your delivery day and time in order to deliver your supplements as ordered. Without a valid contact number, your delivery may be postponed.
We adopt a “zero tolerance” approach to anti-social, abusive, aggressive or violent behavior. Any person who is aggressive or abusive towards a member of staff and delivery persons may be reported to the relevant authorities.
Please respect our staff and delivery person who sends your products with care. We appreciate your kind cooperation and understanding.
